This water system is truly different from any other. I had... it installed in my home, as well as the additional reverse osmosis filter for my kitchen & refrigerator water. You can taste & feel the difference. After moving to Colorado, my skin was so dry I developed eczema that I’d never had before. Within two weeks, I noticed a difference & within 3 weeks it was gone. Within days, I noticed my hands were less dry (I wash them a lot,) and we almost immediately noticed the taste in the water. I want to drink water now! I’m using notably less lotion as my skin is not as dry. Their customer service is amazing and installation was painless. I wish I had gotten the names of everyone, but can say that Christina K (who was the representative/sales individual) and Nick and Sean (installed the reverse/osmosis system under my sink) were outstanding- friendly, professional, efficient, and all three were extremely knowledgeable about the system. The two gentlemen (whose names I didn’t write down) who installed the house wide system were also incredible. Though it is admittedly pricy, it has definitely improved my health & skin. Plus, it is easily moved & I will be taking it to my next house when i move. Highly recommend this company & their products.read more
Would have been three stars save for their management... making things right.This installation was to neutralize pH to stop ruining seals in my boiler.Arranged to have a water conditioner and iron removal unit installed. (ETF2300PF12)First scheduled install appointment I got no call, no notice no-show, After calling management found they hadn’t pre-ordered the filter medium so they had to wait for that to come in. He apologized for the miscommunication. By the time it came in I was on travel.The first technicians arrived and installex the unit in a very inconvenient spot - in our coat closet. It was never discussed where the unit was going to be located I just assumed it would be in the garage.Not only was this a very lazy install, because the very first sentence of the installation manual says locate as close to the pressure tank or city water inlet as possible this was as far away from the pressure tank as possible!I voiced my vehement disapproval with the install with management, and after I got back, technicians arrived these ones knew what they were doing and put it exactly where I wanted it and it’s been working great ever since.The technicians related that they get worked a lot and communications are screwed up so bear that in mind if you hire them.read more

My partner and I were at Home Depot and were approached by... a worker that referred us to EcoWater Systems to have them come test out our water in our new property. We received a “free gift” for new homeowner from Lowe’s in... the mail, calling that phone number was the best decision I’ve ever made as a new homeowner. Universal Water Systems arranged for our home tap water to be tested, for free, as soon as next week. It was horrible what we had In our water and what we were giving our dogs even! We were able to schedule installation in less than a week. Everyone involved was beyond professional and courteous. I am recommending this company to any and all of my friends with “hard water” issues.read more

Jonathan and his buddy were the best! 1. My dogs liked... them. 2. My cats liked them. 3 They were good conversation. 4. They ran into a few problems with how our plumbing was set up, but they took the time to figure out what would work and what wouldn’t work. They replaced a whole line under our sink that was no good to do anything with. They took their time!! They didn’t just say “oh well not my problem in the future” they made sure it would last. My husband was at work when they arrived and I felt safe around them, there were appropriate and kind, when my husband got home from work they went over everything again for him.read more
We have had our system a year. We like the system. We had... Universal Water come do a system check because we have Cherokee Metro really hard water. $257 changed the filter and rest the sink filters and checked the system downstairs. Tech told my wife wait 24 hours and the light will turn green. Light never turned green the whole weekend. I called the following week and told to reset the system again, I did and waited the 24 hours. Still the annoying amber light that is suppose to be green is still amber. I called later in the week the front desk person said she would talk with the service manager and call back. Still waiting on that call 7 days later. Piss poor customer service, and I would like my light to be green again. Please.Edit:Universal Water came out to correct the problem. Our system operating as it should now.read more
