We have very hard water and had talked with several water...softener companies. We decided to go with Universal Water Systems for several reasons.
1) The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly and had a bunch of cool demos to show how the water would taste after treatment and how it would make soap a lot more effective.
2) This system can use potassium salt instead of sodium chloride which is kinder to the ecosystem.
3) This system uses less salt because a lot of the ion exchange happens on the resin beads, and they have a lifetime guarantee on the resin beads which can be quite expensive to replace.
4) They also offer financing which enabled us to get a bigger and higher quality system than we otherwise would have been able to afford.
The install team was friendly and able to quickly install the system. They also provide on going customer support. In the first two weeks of having the system our water tastes much better and the scale has disappeared from the toilet, tea kettle and dishes. For the first time in 6 years we have been able to use the dish washer which is a major time saver. I have really enjoyed working with these folks and l appreciate the cleaner water.read more

This water system is truly different from any other. I had...it installed in my home, as well as the additional reverse osmosis filter for my kitchen & refrigerator water. You can taste & feel the difference. After moving to Colorado, my skin was so dry I developed eczema that I’d never had before. Within two weeks, I noticed a difference & within 3 weeks it was gone. Within days, I noticed my hands were less dry (I wash them a lot,) and we almost immediately noticed the taste in the water. I want to drink water now! I’m using notably less lotion as my skin is not as dry. Their customer service is amazing and installation was painless. I wish I had gotten the names of everyone, but can say that Christina K (who was the representative/sales individual) and Nick and Sean (installed the reverse/osmosis system under my sink) were outstanding- friendly, professional, efficient, and all three were extremely knowledgeable about the system. The two gentlemen (whose names I didn’t write down) who installed the house wide system were also incredible. Though it is admittedly pricy, it has definitely improved my health & skin. Plus, it is easily moved & I will be taking it to my next house when i move. Highly recommend this company & their products.read more

This installation was to neutralize pH to stop ruining seals in my boiler.
Arranged to have a water conditioner and iron removal unit installed. (ETF2300PF12)
First scheduled install appointment I got no call, no notice no-show, After calling management found they hadn’t pre-ordered the filter medium so they had to wait for that to come in. He apologized for the miscommunication. By the time it came in I was on travel.
The first technicians arrived and installex the unit in a very inconvenient spot - in our coat closet. It was never discussed where the unit was going to be located I just assumed it would be in the garage.
Not only was this a very lazy install, because the very first sentence of the installation manual says locate as close to the pressure tank or city water inlet as possible this was as far away from the pressure tank as possible!
I voiced my vehement disapproval with the install with management, and after I got back, technicians arrived these ones knew what they were doing and put it exactly where I wanted it and it’s been working great ever since.
The technicians related that they get worked a lot and communications are screwed up so bear that in mind if you hire them.read more

What is Aquasense?
Aquasense is a rental service provider of pure drinking water coolers for the office. Our systems do not require regular delivery of water jugs. Our state-of-the-art equipment filters the customer’s city or well water perfectly!
How does it work?
The coolers are attached to any existing cold water line in your office. What are the environmental impacts?
