We’ve had our system for almost twelve years and we... absolutely love it. The feeling of being silky smooth clean versus squeaky clean is second to none. I feel like I’ve already put lotion on when I get of the bath or shower. You really can’t beat that feeling. A day or so after I contacted Universal, Andy showed up at... our home. Andy analyzed our hard water (12 grains hardness); demonstrated the Ecowater softner; and showed us what and how the system would be installed. I'm a born skeptic and Andy did a great job demonstrating and selling the Ecowater system. We bought the system including the reverse osmosis install under the kitchen sink.
Andy scheduled the install seven days later. Pete Samora and his crew showed up and within the four hour time frame installed everything. Pete explained all the equipment and show me how to operate and verify the proper operation. Pete left his contact information and told me to call if there were any problems.
We have been using softened water for seven days and are extremely happy with our choice. We bought this home in March 2019 and I knew from the start that we would have to do something with our hard water. The Ecowater softner system is great. I was worried about picking a good contractor and Universal Water is that company.
We just received the shipment of soaps and cleaning products and look forward to begin using these in the near future. Joyce and Billread more
