Wow Business people That totally have an amazing product that they stand by however, you want it on it alongside it right there with you from start to finish and beyond with a lifetime warranty from the moment I menet Nate my salesman I was sold on the product out of the gate but his presentation was so professional so knowledgeable of what to expect and how their products are used a real asset to the company salesman Nate introduced me to management Nathaniel, who helped me with the financial end of the product incredibly, I was surprised, but nevertheless knew what I wanted. My service scheduled date was a few days later where I meant Corey and Matt plumbers license in state of Colorado. There was also Sean with an SEAN. Believe it or not in business, you can appease some of the people some of the time not all the people all the time these folks showed me that they truly care Cameron whoever sees the operation was firsthand involved With conversation direct with me via phone, assuring me checking on his crew plumbers the products that they have are amazing. They’re concentrated where you add their amazingly clean water to the product shake and use from bar soap. Oh by the way, all natural 100% products their concentrates half of 1 ounce shot glass of laundry detergent cleans a full load really clean. Please ask me questions for a reference. I highly recommend this company.

Very Pleased with this company. They took over contracts from an old company that went out of business a few years after we bought and had them install our full home water softener system and under-sink reverse osmosis.
Universal Water is the only place I can find the replacements filters for the RO system. I have had bad luck with trying to find the correct ones online or at other out of state companies, and when I could find them, the prices were exorbitant.

I had Universal Water come out to trouble shoot loss of pressure in our RO system.
Jonathan arrived a few minute early. (Loved this). He was very polite, did not mind wearing booties in our house.(we are a no shoes household). He thoroughly went through my system and explained and showed me everything he was doing and informed me the importance of the data he was collecting.
As it turned out the issue was with the holding tank for the RO system. Apparently the bladder inside the tank, which is how the system creates pressure to get the filtered water from the tank to come out
Well anyway it turns out the bladder/baffle inside the tank had started to loose air. .( a normal occurrence over time).

This is and was remedied by pumping air into tank, via an attached valve stem, to correct pressure (if the bladder has not popped or has a leak) Then he did a maintenance check to my whole house water softener. After that, he tested the water from the sink faucet as well as the RO system. Again he explained what each test was, the ideal values and the actual values from my system.

I was initially quoted a price of 125.00 for the service call plus any parts or labor that may be required to get the system running correctly. Well after all the things Jonathan did, the system was running exactly as designed and when it came time to pay them they did not charge me anything, but advised if the problem reappears and they fix it they wold have to charge me then. (NO PROBLEM) I will definitely continue using them and would recommend them to any of my friends or family. If their other employees are as good a Jonathan this place will be around for long long time.

How does a water softener work?

The ion swap takes place within a compartment full of small resin beads. The negatively charged beads are bonded to positively charged sodium ions. As the water flows past the beads, the sodium ions swap places with the calcium and magnesium ions, which carry a stronger positive charge. Over several cycles, the calcium and magnesium replace all of the sodium in the beads, rendering the unit no longer ineffective. Water softener salt to the rescue! The softener enters a regeneration cycle during which it soaks the beads in a strong solution of water and salt. The sodium in the brine solution causes the calcium and magnesium ions in the beads to give way, and the beads are recharged with sodium. After regeneration, the water softener flushes the remaining brine, plus all of the calcium and magnesium, through a drainpipe.
